A seasoned, transaction-focused deal-maker, who consistently led teams to deliver against complex sell-side mandates, including most recently securing USD 36m in seed capital for a CleanEnergy client,sourcing investment from Family Office and strategic operational investors. A strong believer that boutique banks should be built around tight sector focus, I have invested my efforts heavily into Climate Tech, with projects delivered across the Energy, Transport and Agri sub-sectors. As a result, within 18 months we’ve seen mandate size grow steadily, and we’re currently positioned to sign new mandates of USD 50m and USD 150m (across Electric Vehicle Technology and Fusion Reactors respectively).
Whilst at North Ridge Partners, led a team in an analysis for the Data Centre strategy of an Indonesian Telco, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison. Working closely with a Big 4 consultancy on an accounts separation exercise, as well as completely building a business model from the ground up based on deep market analysis, and co-ordinating an asset audit, floor plan redesign, server migration and expansion plan, were able to lift the Enterprise Value of the client’s assets from anexpected US$ 100m, to a target US$ 160m.
Ran an auction, under extreme time pressure of just 8 weeks with 16 regional and global Private Equity DC operators, using competitive tension to drive the successful bid to US$ 300m EV. Detailed Due Diligence lasted 9 months, throughout which we kept the transaction on track, overseeing and contributing to the negotiation of more than 20 separate legal agreements, and managing a Virtual Data Room that at its peak hosted 240 individuals from more than 6 parties involved in the transaction.

Prior to banking, I gained a suite of career experiences from building and operating businesses, with strategic thinking honed whilst leading Portfolio Management and divestment of Ooredoo Telecom’s venture build tech portfolio in Southeast Asia. Deep focus on efficiency and synergies, and have consistently proven the ability to use data to connect dots and understand the
